Kos Urške has two meanings. In Slovenian, my surname "Kos" can mean both a blackbird and a small piece of something. I chose the blackbird as part of my visual identity to honor my family's legacy, as my father's wine brand is also named after it.

Most importantly, Kos Urške translates to "A Piece of Urška." This space truly represents a quiet piece of me, expressed through art.

My creative process is intuitive and research-based. Here's a gentle outline:

1. I start by choosing a theme or emotion I want to explore
2. I gather references and dive into books or personal memories
3. I make loose sketches on paper
4. I bring those sketches into Photoshop and build them up digitally
5. I step away, then return with fresh eyes to refine the details

After completing the artwork, I like to leave it for a few days. When I come back, I review it to fix any mistakes and add details.
