My name is Urška, and I’m the illustrator and painter behind Kos Urške. Ever since I can remember, art has been where I feel most like myself.
I’ve always felt things deeply, and sometimes struggled to put them into words. Creating became the way I made sense of the world around me. It still is.
Through soft lines, colors, and textures, I offer small pieces of that world to others. Art for those who need some quiet.
I grew up in Slovenia, surrounded by nature, stories, and a love for the quiet. I studied Graphic and Media Technology in Ljubljana and now work as a motion graphic designer, while nurturing Kos Urške as my most personal and heartfelt project.
Here, I explore both illustration and painting, using a mix of traditional and digital methods. Every piece I make is rooted in emotion, memory, and a longing for peace.
My work is soft and thoughtful, with vibrant colors, visible brushstrokes, and textures that invite you to pause and breathe.
I create for those who crave quiet. For those who want art that reflects their inner world and offers them a moment of calm.
